Tidy Space Cleaning Ltd
By booking or using the services of Tidy Space Cleaning Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
We provide professional residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to: deep cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, office cleaning, and Airbnb cleaning.
All services are carried out with reasonable care, attention to detail, and professional standards.
2. Bookings
All bookings are confirmed upon acceptance.
We aim to honour all confirmed bookings as scheduled. In rare circumstances where operational adjustments are required, we will notify the customer as early as possible and offer an alternative appointment time.
3. Access to Property
The customer is responsible for ensuring access to the property at the agreed time.
If access is not provided upon arrival, the booking may be treated as a late cancellation and charged accordingly.
4. Payments
To secure a booking, we may require full payment or a deposit at the time of confirmation.
For larger bookings, including but not limited to extensive cleaning jobs, end of tenancy cleaning, or multi-hour services, we reserve the right to require advance payment or a non-refundable deposit.
Where no prepayment is required, payment is due immediately upon completion of the service.
All invoices must be paid in full on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension of future services and further recovery action where necessary.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged up to 100% of the booking value.
Failure to provide access at the scheduled time will be treated as a late cancellation.
6. Liability
Tidy Space Cleaning Ltd is fully insured for the services provided.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
pre-existing damage or defects
general wear and tear
items that are loose, fragile, or not properly secured
valuables or items not disclosed or protected by the customer
indirect or consequential loss
Customers are responsible for securing fragile and valuable items prior to the service.
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of completion.
7. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to provide a safe working environment and to inform us in advance of any hazards, restrictions, or special requirements.
We reserve the right to pause or adjust the service if conditions are deemed unsafe.
8. Service Quality
We are committed to delivering high-quality services.
If you have any concerns or are not satisfied with the result, please notify us within 24 hours after completion so we can review the issue and offer a resolution.
9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate ongoing services by providing at least 30 days’ written notice.
